Flagged Documents Explained
Like Favourites, a Flagged Document is one that has been marked so that it can be easily located by the user who flagged it at some later time. Unlike Favourites, Flagged Documents are only intended to be flagged for a limited time, typically for a sequence of operations before being unflagged, for example, a user could flag a number of documents from different libraries to share with a client in one single operation.
