What are People?

People Explained

Each user of fileplan must be created as a Person. Every Person has a Role which determines what functions the user can perform in fileplan. People can be assigned to an Organisation if desired. People can also optionally be assigned to a Team. Access Control within fileplan is based on People and/or Teams.

Only People with the Role of Administrator or Instance Administrator can add, edit and delete People.
