Viewing Space Used
To view information about the amount of space available for documents in an instance, click on the drop down arrow next to the person icon in the top right of the page and choose the option Settings.
The proportion of space taken up by different libraries will be presented, as well as information about the total space used, the free space available and size of the deleted documents.
